Servo motor drives the 50mm diameter lead screw to achieve the in & out movement of the worktable, ensuring high stability and precision during platform movement. 

The machine's high-precision frame is more robust, ensuring the main body of the machine can bear heavy loads. Four 80mm diameter main frame pipes are capable of withstanding a pressure of 80 tons.

The machine adopts a vane-type hydraulic pump to ensure the stability of the machine's working pressure.

Row stripping function

It removes waste from the product in a single operation through upper and lower pins. No mold is required for boxes of different sizes and shapes.

Upper pins are used to remove waste parts. Diameter: 5mm & 3mm

Lower pins are used to hold the product in place. Diameter: 12mm & 8mm

Right and left side positioning push gauge to ensure precise side positioning of the cardboard.

Touch Screen

The fine-tuning device for the front base's front and rear positions can be finely adjusted according to the gripper margin size.

The installed grating protector provides high protection and complies with CE standards. High-precision sensors are installed on both sides of the feeding area for protection, and the machine adopts double OFF/ON button operation.

The machine is operated via a touch screen, allowing easy adjustment and quick setting of new working parameters.

Q: What is your delivery term?   

A: FOB,CIF,CFR usually. 

 

Q: What is your payment term?   

A: T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery.    L/C: 100% at sight.    T/T and L/C: 30% TT deposit, 70% L/C.                          

 

Q: What is your delivery time?   

A: Die cutting machine, 30-40 days usually. If urgent, 15 days only.    Sheet cutting machine, 20-30 days usually. If urgent, 15 days only. 

 

Q: What is your warranty and other terms? 

A: One year warranty. We provide free repair services for any failures caused by us within warranty time. We also offer lifelong maintenance services and technical support. Spare parts are free of charge for the first year, but customers are responsible for the delivery fee. 

 

Q: What is your installation and training service?   

A: We can send our engineer to customer's factory for a complimentary 7-day initial installation and training service. Customers are responsible for covering travel expenses, including airfare, visa fees, meals, and accommodation.
